How to track my delivery 

   

Dispatch Time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there is any delay in the dispatch of your items we will contact you by email or phone.

 

UK Delivery Charges:

Free Delivery 

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders will be delivered in 2-5 Working days once received by the courier. 

We send items with Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping & Parcelforce.

Royal Mail First Class £3.00 

Order before 13:00 for same working day dispatch. 

Orders received after 13:00 on Friday and on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

Delivered in 1-2 working days 

Parcelforce 48 - UK Mainland £5.00 / Zone 2 £17.00 / Zone 3 £20.00

Order before 13:00 for same working day dispatch. 

Orders received after 13:00 on Friday and on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

Delivered within 2 working days. 

Parcelforce 24 - UK Mainland £6.00 / Zone 2 £18.00 / Zone 3 £25.00

Order before 13:00 for same working day dispatch. 

Orders received after 13:00 on Friday and on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

Delivered within 1 working day. 

  

International Delivery:

International postage prices can be found on the shopping cart pages using the postage calculator. 

Items will be sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. 

Due to COVID-19 there has been delays with parcels sent with Royal Mail & Deutsche Post. 

If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Tools 2U Direct SW LTD has no responsibility for these charges.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@tools2udirectsw.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How to track my delivery?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this with the tracking number and tracking link on.

If your tracking link is not showing please find the courier tracking website below and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
